Why do you give back or volunteer? I give back because I truly believe that what we do can help others and I want to make a positive difference in the world around me. It’s a way of fighting for the things I believe in. It gives me a chance to get involved and connect with my community. When we give back we see the world differently.

Why do you give back or volunteer? For me, volunteering is two-fold: I get to immerse myself in the community and its wonderful people, and I get to volunteer my time and contribute to make the community better and support it where there is a need.

Why do you give back/volunteer? Growing up I always felt fortunate to have everything I needed plus a good bit of what I wanted. I also knew that others were not so fortunate. While I did not have a lot to give, I knew I could give my time and talent to lift others up. I think giving your time is the biggest sign of respect you can share with another person. No matter the situation.
